REMONDIS Harbour Cities is your local municipal waste contractor for both Shellharbour City and Wollongong City Councils.  Since 1987 as Thiess Services until the present day as REMONDIS, our local Illawarra staff have serviced the Shellharbour and Wollongong Council areas. Commencing a new collection contract in July 2014, REMONDIS Harbour Cities will continue as your household recycling and waste service provider.

Based at Unanderra, the REMONDIS Harbour Cities team are able to meet all your municipal needs. Our efficient, friendly team of drivers, educators and administrators are all ready to assist you.

Here at REMONDIS Harbour Cities we see waste as a shared responsibility. We think globally and act locally. As a local waste service provider here in the Illawarra we save on transport costs, minimising CO₂ emissions. Recycling closes the material lifecycle, conserving our precious raw materials.
